The Government of Guatemala has decided that the use of masks throughout Guatemala is optional, except in hospitals, medical clinics, vaccination centres, medical laboratories, nursing homes, prisons and on public transportation. The Guatemala health pass is no longer required for entry.
There are no quarantine requirements at the moment.

Guatemala immigration requirements are: Passport with at least six months validity, Two passport-size photos (one must be recently taken), The application form (available upon arrival at the zone of entry), Proof of single-entry/exit (not more than 90 days before/after your date of entry) and a sufficient sum of money for your trip.
